2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content you posted on Software Tech Hub was wrongly removed or disabled in response to a DMCA complaint, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide the following in writing:

3. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate our intellectual property policies.
